Support

Need help with Lanno? Email us at support@lanno.app. Tell us what happened, which device and iOS version you use, and the email you signed in with (if any). We reply as soon as we can.

Signing in

Lanno works with an anonymous, device-linked account, so you can start learning without signing in. To keep your data when you change phones, sign in with Apple, Google, or an email code from Settings. If an email code does not arrive, check your spam folder, make sure the address is correct, and request a new code. Only the latest code works.

Sync

Your decks, readings, and progress are stored on your device and synchronized to your account when you are online. If something looks out of date, check your internet connection, keep the app open for a moment, and make sure you are signed in to the same account on every device. Items you delete stay in Recently Deleted for up to 30 days and can be restored.

Imports

You can import text or photograph a page with the AI camera. If an import fails, open it and retry; a photograph is kept until it has been read successfully. For best results use a sharp, well-lit photo and set the correct language before importing. If it keeps failing, email us the import’s title and the approximate time it happened.

Subscriptions

Premium is billed by Apple. To restore a purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the Apple Account that bought it. To cancel or change a plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com, because Apple handles payments. Deleting your Lanno account does not cancel a subscription.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and its synchronized data from Settings in the app. Your account is signed out everywhere right away, and your server-side content is then permanently deleted. If you cannot access the app, email support@lanno.app from the address linked to your account and we will help. Cancel any active subscription separately in your Apple Account settings.
